# Changing phone contact info in bulk

Learn how to update phone and contact information for multiple contacts at once using bulk import features.

## Overview

When you need to update phone numbers or other contact information for many people at once, you can use Broadstripes' bulk update features through the data import system.

## Steps to Update Contact Info in Bulk

1. **Prepare your spreadsheet** with the updated contact information
2. **Use matching criteria** to identify existing contacts
3. **Map the updated fields** during the import process
4. **Review and confirm** the changes before applying

  Before making bulk changes to contact information, consider exporting your current data as a backup. Bulk updates cannot be easily undone.
