Overview

When you need to update phone numbers or other contact information for many people at once, you can use Broadstripes’ bulk update features through the data import system.

Steps to Update Contact Info in Bulk

  1. Prepare your spreadsheet with the updated contact information
  2. Use matching criteria to identify existing contacts
  3. Map the updated fields during the import process
  4. Review and confirm the changes before applying
Important: Backup your dataBefore making bulk changes to contact information, consider exporting your current data as a backup. Bulk updates cannot be easily undone.
